Given the complexities of the market these days - you deserve a seasoned agent to provide expert advice and coordinate your real estate transaction.  Dave has been with ReMax since 2003, and has earned a number of awards while representing his clients. His transactions have included commercial, residential, lakes shore and acreage properties.

 

Prior to joining ReMax, Dave spent 20 years as a financial & operations manager in the Twin Cities, and spent his weekends at the family lake home in the  area.  In fact, he enjoyed the “Heart of the Lakes” area so much - that he decided to move here permanently.  When selecting a local real estate broker – Dave choose ReMax Integrity due to the experience level of the agents, as well as the many advantages that the ReMax name brings to bear for the client.  

 

In his spare time, Dave is active in community organizations including :

·        Past treasurer of the Fairhaven Lions chapter

·        Board member and volunteer for the Kimball Express (local ametuer baseball team)

·        Member of COLA (Chain of Lakes Association) serving lakes Louisa, Marie and Caroline)

·        Volunteer - DNR Lake Monitoring Program (Secchi Disk clarity and ice on/off reporting)
